Root back to yourSelf, and awaken the energy centers of the body through a guided meditational flow intended to cleanse and clear the physical, emotional, spiritual and mental bodies.

Through ancient breath work, fluid posture, visualization and affirmative mantra, you will learn to activate the chakras of the body as well as elevate the creative energy at the base of the spine – known as the kundalini – through an integrative workshop rooted in Dhyana (Meditation) Yoga.

Join Advanced Oneness Trainer and Mindfulness Meditation Leader, Merriliz Monzon, in a special soul immersion of chakra alignment and conscious movement.
