No two people are alike on any platform, including their bones. While we all share the same set of bones the sizes, shapes, and range of motion differ among each of us. As a result, no one yoga pose looks the same or can be facilitated the same on any one person. However, universal cueing continues to go on in public classes. So how can one decipher these cues individually in order to safely apply them to his or her practice? In this workshop, students will learn just that. Students will leave with a better understanding of their own unique bone structure, how to tailor common cues to their bodies, and thus have a safer and more effective practice.
