Join Laura for this workshop geared towards getting you upside down in handstand! Laura will take you through a fun flow to warm the body up and to start building the foundations for our inversion practice. Laura is extremely passionate about building connections and support among her students, so expect a lot of partner drills and work to safely invert. Alignment, exit strategy, home practice and tools to pressing will be discussed. Recommended to join: At least 3-6 months of yoga practice and the ability to hold Plank Pose comfortably for 30 seconds.
