The times we live in are confusing and can be stressful. Our ability to self-regulate has been diminished by the constant pressures of keeping up with society. Social media and phones keep us always in touch with what’s happening in the world. Our nerves are frayed and damaged with little time to heal. In this workshop we’ll start with some breath work that takes us into a guided nidra and finishes with some live music. You’ll get that much needed time to revive the soul and end your day with a little bit of self care and self love.
