In this workshop students will learn how how to use props to practice more poses with proper form, creative and fun new ways to use props in commonly taught yoga poses, as well as how props can help all practitioners both beginner and advanced to enhance their practice. (Yes, even advanced practitioners should use props). The things you thought you couldn’t do, you now can do with just a little help from a friend! Students will leave excited to return to their home studios to practice incorporating all their fun new tricks.
