Autumn Sellmann is an old soul, writing and teaching yoga and in Las Vegas. She has an insatiable thirst for knowledge with her greatest passions being science and philosophy. Majoring in biology, she often couples her background in science with the ancient wisdom of yoga, bringing a unique viewpoint and humanistic approach to the practice. Her aim is to offer a sensible way for students to witness that the inquiry of the practice and the magnificent findings of the world are not “two peas in the same pod” but are, in fact, the same pea.
Striving to never forget what it was like to be a beginner, she is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all those seeking knowledge no matter the “level.” She is known in her classes, workshops, and trainings for her ability to teach both the anatomical and esoteric in a simple, honest, and relatable way while encouraging students to participate in their own understanding and transformation. Dedicated to the art of teaching and study of yoga, she co-created Tru Flow, a Yoga Alliance registered teacher training thats intention is to unveil the immense depths of yoga in a relevant application.
