The physical body is no mystery to Jaimee. Being a child of a Physical Therapist, she has been immersed into the study since the earliest years of her life. Later, implementing the knowledge as a college athlete and recipient of a BS in Sports Medicine/ Nutrition from UNLV. In the midst of her career as a personal trainer she was invited to attend her first yoga class. As she sat on her rolled out, rented mat and observed the room, it became clear to her that if this practice embraced her, the seemingly “average” man on one side and the Cirque du Soliel performer on the other, THIS was her new “home”.

In 2008, Jaimee took the leap to deepen her studies of yoga and Ayurveda in Tempe, AZ with an Associates in Mind Body Transformational Psychology, through Southwest Institute of Healing Arts (SWIHA). Quickly turning her new love into a soul rewarding business she opened a yoga studio in West Valley Phoenix. This endeavor opened the possibilities to take her teachings off the mat and into the prison system, women’s shelter and even to the Kansas City Royals baseball team during their pre-season training.

In 2013, after closing her studio, Vegas called her back to help open and manage Tru Yoga (located in the Northwest part of town). Since her return, she also has co created and co teaches Tru Flow 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training.

“There is a benefit to bringing a yoga practice to ALL walks of life, with absolutely NO exception” ~Jaimee says from her light and open heart, “I invite anyone to attend my classes if they are willing to investigate the practice a little deeper. Come to learn alignment, pranyama (breath) and meditation, but be ready to experience the deepest, truest essence of yourself!”
