Jason Scholder is a certified yoga teacher, best known for inventing Three Minute Egg® yoga props. Since creating his first Egg in 2005, he has collaborated with world renowned yoga masters to develop a comprehensive training program for teaching and practicing yoga with Eggs. When he’s not at home with his daughter, Jason can be found leading Egg workshops around the world. His practice and his teaching style combine a strong foundation in principles of alignment, with a versatility that is easily applied to multiple styles of yoga. Like many yoga practitioners and teachers, Jason turned to yoga in order to heal from injuries. As a result, he has developed a strong understanding of what an asana practice needs in order to remain sustainable, and how the Eggs can help. His classes are fun, informative and challenging, while remaining accessible to all levels of practice. By the time you complete your first weekend of study with Jason, you will have dozens of ways to vitalize your practice and the classes you teach with Eggs.
