Tisha Gray, is a global yogi who integrates the best of many fields, including yoga, psychology, medicine, mindfulness and movement studies. Having always appreciated the power of using the physical body as a vehicle to connect with ones psychology of self, her fondness for creative expression began at an early age as a dancer, through dance molded a strong foundation for her passion of yoga and movement. She leads an intelligent physical practice, by combining body-breath discernment in conjunction with tapping into ones mind-body continuum. She believes evolvement is the ultimate truth of the yoga practice. Tisha is currently studying Biology with a pre-professional concentration and plans to matriculate into medical school. As a dedicated practitioner she has studied and been influenced by many teachers, including Annie Carpenter, Maty Ezraty, Rod Stryker and Sally Kempton. Currently you can practice with Tisha at 103 yoga in Las Vegas, and at any of her various teacher trainings and intensives.
